Explosives Rules (2008): A passport size photograph of the applicant, qualifications & experience details of the applicant are required to be submitted for obtaining license under these rules. Petroleum Rules (2002): The application for petroleum licenses mandates Form IX, which needs to be filled and signed by the new owner or the company. For transfers, you will need the original license with approved drawings and a letter of consent from current licensee.
