Photograph: A recent Passport sized photographs must be provided of each partner, and should have a white background.
For Foreign Nationals/NRIs: Foreign partners, in addition to the above, are required to provide a notarized or apostilled copy of their passport as a mandatory ID proof. They must also provide proof of an overseas address such as a recent bank statement or a utility bill.

Office Address Proof

Every LLP must have a registered office address for LLP Registration. The proof of this official address must be submitted as part of your LLP Registration Documents.

Utility Bill: You must provide a utility bill for the registered office premises that is not older than 2 months for the proof of address. Also acceptable is an electricity, water, or telephone service utility bill.
Proof of Ownership:
- If the property is owned by a partner or the LLP you may submit a copy of the sale deed or a recent property tax receipt.
- If the property is rented, you must provide a copy of the rental agreement or lease deed. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) must also be submitted along with this. The NOC must be signed by the property owner and should state that the owner permits the LLP to use the premises as its registered office.

Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
